Sunshine brings headaches Joy brings high stakes Nothing feels right But everything brings light Darkness has vanished Seemingly banished At least, until it gets late So that remains my fate At night my pain appears My sadness and all of my fears It’s sudden and almost crippling As the pain begins to start rippling Bigger as time goes on Until the break of dawn When sunshine appears again Forced into my vein But then I feel okay And I listen to what you say You tell me that it’s alright And I’m okay until the night Slowly the pattern becomes my reality A pull on my life, almost like gravity I feel like this life might start to be normal That slowly I’ll start to be less abnormal The headaches fade I’m less afraid But nothing is quite like before Somehow I love life more And still most nights when the sun fades away I long await the arrival of day Without my sunshine, I’m left like before Sad and alone, Hopeles...
